When I went to middle school and high school, after PE showers were normal, but it was boys in one room, girls in another.

At one friend's house, he and I and any other boys who were there would change into swim suits together to go swimming and then back to street clothes afterward. This was middle school and high school age, when we probably saw each other after PE class, so we didn't care.

After training and matches it is mandatory to shower in the changing rooms. I have never seen a naked female friend, although I have seen many naked girls at nude beaches.

In middle and high school we had mandatory shower twice weekly after PE lessons. Some boys embarrassed be naked if were punished at home and had marked buttocks but in result all could see everything, no big deal.
Sometimes me and friends had “naked sleepovers” where were in our birthday suits. I recall parents. - mine and friends’ - don’t encourage it but never forbidden. It considered normal for growing 🧒

We had swim lessons and had to take shower before. All boys were naked and it was fully normal for ass. However, in middle and High school we were embarrassed when teacher check our cleanliness after shower and we had to bent and spread buttocks for her in front all boys.
