You make a good point about Martina already seeing him naked.

He hasn't anything she already hasn't seen, and probably at her age, if she is his age, she probably babysits boys and has seen many boys naked and had probably even given those boys their baths.

I doubt he has grown anything since the last time she seen him naked in the bath tub.
