I guess the best example to the double standard that I could demonstrate is this: My cousin Kimberly, had two sons and a daughter. Many times she would post pictures of her sons on social media for their birthdays, graduations, or other such events, and many of the pics she would post would include nude pics from when they were toddlers. She never posted any such photos of her daughter like that. Seems like a double standard.

Haha yeah my mum took pics of me nude as well, aged 3 til about 7 and pretty much all my family and her friends have seen them. I highly doubt she would have done that if I was a girl.

I know exactly what you mean. My mom took pictures of me when little and I was either in church clothes or wearining nothing when under 8 or so. I was in rural Maine in 1970s though so basically still in 50s in many ways in middle of nowhere.
There wre not a lot of other kids to play with though and a girl my age became my best friend. She was always in dirty jeans, but her little brother 2 years younger than me was always naked in summer. They were not nudists or anything like that, they just thought it was healthy for boys under 10 or 12.
