The refined text is excellent and reads naturally. The minor adjustments have improved the flow and clarity while preserving the original meaning and tone. Here it is with the final touch for maximum readability:
It’s either the "she’s just a little girl—it doesn’t matter" excuse or the “she’s a big girl and has seen it all before; you’ve got nothing to hide” excuse. Most boys don’t really seem to mind, though a clear double standard exists.
When I was a kid, I often took baths with my female cousin—a year younger than me—at my aunt’s house. It was frequently a “double standard” kind of situation. Sometimes another male cousin joined us as well. She would be in her underwear while we boys were naked. I’m not sure whether she wore anything at all when we were very young. We boys were always washed first, so everything happened right in front of her. The adults probably used the “just a little girl” reasoning, but I never gave it much thought. I didn’t care—I was just having fun.
Another memorable example of the “big girl” justification happened at a summer camp I attended. Older girls were assigned to wash the “little” kids—both boys and girls. They called it “bathing the little ones,” even though that included everyone up to age 10 (and sometimes 11). It was strictly considered “girls’ work.” Only girls were assigned—one group of six or seven to wash the girls, and another to wash the boys. The girls wore swimsuits, while we boys had to take off all our clothes, get in line, and wait naked. Well, almost naked—we did wear rubber slippers, so just those, haha. None of us minded when we were seven, but as we got older, the first bathing day always began with lots of whining and hesitation when it came time to take off our underwear. It always ended the same way: "They’re big girls—they have younger brothers and have bathed plenty of boys before you. Now calm down and get undressed."

Very true that age has a lot to do with it. In my case, my younger brother and younger cousins (7-10) didn't mind at all getting undressed in front of my 15-year-old sister, but my twin cousins and I who were all 12 at the time objected and were scolded to hurry up when we hesitated to remove our underwear and get totally naked.

Interesting! When I was 10, I was babysat quite often by my female cousin, age 14. When bath time came, I always complained that I didn't want her to see me naked. She said it was no big deal because she saw Steven (Her 15 year old step-brother) naked all the time because they shared a bathroom.
Frankly, at the time I thought she was lying just to get me in the tub! I was around she and Steven quite often and they had a very distant relationship with Steven ignoring her most of the time. He wasn't mean to her, just uninvolved.
However, my aunt was pretty no nonsense and for the sake of the morning school run, may have told Steven to just learn to live with it, who knows.
As the years went on, I discovered my cousin was really a simple minded person. I'm not saying this in a derogatory way, she was tested as lower IQ. As a result, she really never lied, she couldn't. She always told the truth in a plain simple way. So I know she was telling me the truth that day.
And yes, I jumped in the tub and let her bath me for the next two years. She really was a simple sweet person.

Even the 10 years old didn't mind at all? She was there to wash them or just to help your aunt?
I remember that I didn't care much to get naked but was already embarrassed of the girl washing me everywhere at 9 years old.

This was more than 50 years ago and I really don't remember my 10 year old cousin's reaction. I just kind of thought of him as one of the younger boys compared to the 3 of us 12 year olds.
