When I stayed with my dad in Germany for a summer, near an air force base, I frequented a local gym that was rather inexpensive for teens. I recall you just got a key deposit and could enter. I remember they had speedo off brand I wore in pool from lost and found and had a gym too.

I am guessing I was 12, and when I went into change room it had rows of lockers, and separate room with glass door to shower room. It was before puberty and I was not a shy boy. I just walked naked into shower and got sandblasted for 15 minutes with high water pressure. While showering a girl came in by herself and showered too. I was worried I was in wrong shower room, but infact I was not. I just saw her butt and walked out and they had a sauna too. I went in sauna for another 15 minutes as part of going there. One of the men in sauna was dad and she spoke to him and went to pool I guess.

I would see girls in mens room all the time in Germany.,
