I mentioned in a few posts I had the same kind of childhood long time ago in rural Florida that no longer happens more than likely. I would say the right word was tolerant as heat was oppresive and not everyone had AC yet, so it was right of passage for boys under a certain age to play naked in home pools and beaches, they were remote atleast.

I had a new foster mom at 10, and here best friend was another mom with boy 7 and girl 9. While girl was in shorts and tshirt, panties, or any combination the younger boy was almost naked all summer when at home or at a pool. They did not call themselves nudist just what boys did in summer.

Once we met I simmply started doing the same thing as that boy. I was told to join him as more comfortable. They simply told me they raised him nude in summer and I should do same. So yes our penises were flopping around all summer like the rest of us. I do not remember much about erections. I guess we got several a day and no one cared.

Sometimes they would pick me up or take me to beach. When they told me to get ready to go to beach or pool it basically meant to undress and get a towel.
