It seems that at one time, children’s supposed asexuality gave them freedom to look as well as show.
They were allowed to play under their mother’s skirt or under a servant’s skirt.

Medication has no effect on Spelvin.
He needs some serious jail time, therapy and/or ...you know what, just those two should do.
