Yes you got an eyeful.

I was one of those boys walking to lagoon in flipfloips and a towel with boys and girl in a one piece on walk. I think we used ocean most of the time. I had to keep track of younger boys so dressed the same as them. Honestly no one cared what we did and there was no ordinance of nudity on beach on federal land. No idea that the rules are now.

As a boy under 12 back then you just went naked and girls saw a lot of penises. Everyone managed to survive.

What was more eye=opening is towel was cover up for walk back to car but more a suggestion for boys. We would rinse under shower pole outside and side on towel for ride home.
