One simple thing I used to see was a boy nearby with mom and father in military, away often. We played sometimes.

He would be naked a lot. He would play naked if he wanted and even left house with him mom to run errands naked. It was Ok to do that at one time for boys. I dont think anyone ever was bothered. I did same thing but my mom would put shorts back on me if leaving house in car.

He rode to my house naked one day and my mom chuckled and I wish I could come back as a boy.
