Subject: Nude swim meets

Yes I saw it in late 70s and mid 80s as well.

Parts were wild and parts were just a lot of boring swimming. When 17 I was done with HS and worked at gym, was on their swim team, and also assisted. It was closer to Boys CLub model but more in rural rust belt with county owned facility. Yes, Lots of nudity yes for boys.

Hi Aaron,
Was it organized nude swim meets for boys in front of mixed spectators as some describe, or just a leisurely thing between boys only?

I was on those teams in school and early in college too.I saw it all the time.

When 17 I went to nearby college and after classes I went to gym to study in cubicle, train in team, assist team too. Boys had a few age groups and all practices were nude for boys. By 17 there were only 8 boys still doing that but lots of younger boys learned to swim.

After college I would go to gym, use cubicle to study and help younger boys or join boys my team most days. It was very much some routine after school and on saturday AMs. Saturdays were mens hours and practice, then open hours and open lanes at end of boys practice.You forgot about being naked after awhile.

Meets were not wold like you might think only family came and were closed otherwise. You might see dozen people there of all ages. In summer when I coached I would spend half day nude at pool like other boys.

Were these events with boys competing nude in front of spectators a regular thing or just occasionally?

Also were these nude boy events held in a private club or like school events?

How did your brother and the other boys feel about being nude in front of females for these events?
