It definitely tickled and the stimulation made it stick out more, I recall there was a delayed reaction before it lifted up

Regarding when I fiddled with it, no because I was usually fiddling mainly with the extra foreskin at the end. Again though, it would sometimes stick out afterwards, and if I became conscious of that, I would be embarrassed if I thought people were looking at it. I do recall as an older child my mother telling me to stop fiddling and then taking me by the hand (I'd been doing the fiddling with), and walking me across the crowded beach to get a drink, leaving my bare penis now sticking out to bounce/vibrate up and down as I walked. I felt very babyish and embarrassed walking past girls in this state.
