I remember couple of times our parents let us play naked. However back when our parents were kids during the communist regime seeing naked children under the age of 11-12 on the beach was quite common. Some of them wore swimsuits - some were naked. Initially me and my brother were wearing swim panties, but at some point our parents's friend came by with boys couple of years younger and they undressed them. We played a little bit and ater a while our parents called us to them. When we approached them they said: "Hey, why don't you join them?" and took our panties off.
