I really don't know, he didn't look embarrassed to me, but I was just an 8 year old girl by the time of his last diaper change so I may remember things differently.
As far as I know his incontinence was basically urine-based. I don't remember him having poop in his diaper.
He never wore diapers during the day, because he only used to wet his bed during the nights so no one besides us knew.

Fortunately, neither my boys nor my nephews have had any issues regarding incontinence. They are very healthy boys. :)

I'm happy for them. Needing diapers at my age is very embarrassing. Especially when you wake up with poop in your diaper, like I did this morning. It was a really bad awakening, because in addition to feeling the slurry of diarrhea on my bottom, I immediately saw it raining from the window. Today I'm thinking of not going to the beach. To avoid staying at home, my parents want to go visit the city of Pula. And since I had another bout of diarrhea on the toilet after breakfast, Mom decided to put me in diapers just to be safe. So now I'm sitting in the car and every time I squeeze my legs I feel the thickness of the diaper. I hope that, if I need to be changed, it will be in private.

Oh sweetie I'm so sorry you had such a band awakening. I really hope your situation will find it's resolvement as soon as possible.
Tell me, your urine incontinence is caused by your small bladder. What causes your fecal incontinence? Is it related to the bladder situation? Maybe your kegel muscles(muscles of the pelvic floor) require some training?

Hi Eliza, let me tell you a little about myself. I have been treated with growth hormones for years; my bladder and sphincter muscles are, doctors say, immature. Over the years I have improved a lot and now the problem is only at night. By the way, poop rarely happens to me, when it's a bit soft. Then it must be said that my parents don't want me to consider diapers a problem, so they talk about it openly. Furthermore, they find it convenient to put them on me on some occasions. For example, today it wasn't a long drive and I didn't fall asleep; and despite being upset with my stomach, there was no danger of me pooping myself while awake. But my parents thought it would be more convenient to put me in a diaper so they wouldn't have to run to find a bathroom in case of more diarrhea. We didn't have to go out this evening and, after the shower, it was more practical for mum to immediately get ready for the night in my pajamas and nappy.

It's so nice to hear that you're making a progress on the grounds of your control! Perhaps you could try to aid your muscles by a little bit of training in spare moments? Little squeeze and relax? But after urinating and pooping to be safe. ;)

Yes, I also do this type of exercise the doctors recommended. I went to school in diapers in first and second grade. I've improved a lot in seven years.
