As a child, I got plenty of semi-public spankings, usually in restrooms. Momma would take me to the bathroom take me into a stall and pull my pants and panties down then spank my bare butt really good. Bathrooms and fitting rooms are usually a suitable place to spank a bare bottom when needed.

With my own, I've had to take them to the ladies room at stores on occasion. The last time I had to do it was with my now twelve year old daughter when she was ten. She got mouthy while we were at the Mall. So I took her to the "Family Restroom" which is single occupancy and has a door you can lock. Then I made her drop her jeans and panties and lean on the counter and gave her a dozen good smacks on the bare bottom. While she was unhappy about getting spanked in a public place, she was relieved that I did it in that restroom instead of the open ladies room which has several stalls in it and other people could walk in and out while I was spanking her. There was a time I had spanked her in the regular ladies room and another woman walked in with her little boy. They could hear every swat and my daughter crying, but they didn't really pay much attention to her spanking because that woman was spanking her little boy right in front of the sinks at the time.
