Underneath the Minitru, this small cafiteria resembling room is crowded and stuffy, usually tempestious with noise of creatures trying to talk over eachother. On the wall i sthe too large zeildar poster, but oddly enough it seems to fit in here somehow. There is a bar that is little more than a hole in the wall with gin on the far back side, infront of the bar are the tables,chairs and couches. (the premier does not give orders here if there is another Premier it is an imposter)
