Subject: 2006 AL PA exam

I would like to ask for your opinion about the calculation of goodwill which appear in the 2006 HKAL paper 1 Q2, in part (b), we are to make the goodwill adjustment in capital account. But how should we arrive at the figure of goodwill, should the salary of Ginny be considered in calculation?
