The tie-breaker would be record vs. the 3rd place team (and 4th place if still tied, etc.).

One thing to note however, according to the MAAC website, ties are broken starting at the top. So if FF and MC tie for 1st and Siena and Iona tie for 3rd, the tie-breaker would be combined record versus Iona and Siena (not tie-breaker vs the actual 3rd place team). If MC and FF are still tied, you go down to record vs. the next highest seeded team(s).

That's why we want Iona to be 3rd (if they can beat Manhattan on Sunday and split that series). I love seeing Iona lose to Rider last night, but in the end it might cost us... if Niagara ends 3rd.
