Subject: Jaspers up 1 with 2 minutes to go

GO MAAC. Flores has got 29. It will be great for recruiting if Manhattan gets an at large after Fairfield wins the tournament.

Another nice win for the MAAC. Flores w/31. Can anyone stop that guy?

"At Large" is not realistic for Manhattan. In '95, their RPI was "50ish". Now, it's near 100 with nothing but garbage the rest of the way.

You referred to "garbage" the rest of the way. Do they play Fordham?

I don't think the Rams are on the upcoming schedule so they are not classified as trash. They are in the catagory of "ooo strunz" though.

And projected by Collegerpi.com to be #57, and that assumes wins in all remaining games except against teams with higher RPIs - the Hall and Fairfield on 2/13(projected 51).

Not solid by any means, but still within the realm of possibility.

The 95 team had an RPI of 50 while the MAAC was rated the 20th toughest league. A better MAAC, currently 16, won't hurt their chances either.

Ken Pomeroy predicts Manhattan-Fairfield to finish with RPIs of 43 and 44, respectively...verrry interesting.
