I talked about the Booster Clubs in a previous post. Most of them have disappeared across the nation. They got fed up with the NIL and portal, etc.. Niagara's Boosters ? Fa get about it ! Done and gone. Does anyone think Niagara will raise even $100,000 dollars each and every season ? NO !
As I also previously stated, expect very similar seasons every year: 15-18, 14-19, 17-16 . . . you get the point. In addition, no further additions to the Niagara Hall of Fame, no 1,000 point scorers, no 500 rebounders, no big time assist leaders, no nothing !
Sounds pretty bleak doesn't it ? That's because it is and there's nothing Niagara or any of us can do about it. That's why all of this feels so different to us, and so unreal.
