And Purp 1, who has supported this program since he was a little 7 year old dude and who has had nothing but time on his hands since 2007, hasn't sat down one time in the Gallagher Center for 6 years.

If any MAAC school goes on an insane run like SPU did, of course the folks will come out. But after that run, there would be no sustaining the support. And personally there would be no reason to. Siena can attract no doubt, but over the years the students wouldn't follow them off campus for the games. I wonder if they are still in the big arena, but I'm not sure their student support got any bigger in the last few year. Maybe someone who has the info can check in and inform us.

Obviously, if we still resided in WNY, my wife and I would attend the games. However, attendance will probably get worse in the future, especially with the state of college basketball at the low major level.
