Based on their budgets, facilities, attendance, and NIL money, I would not consider VCU, Dayton, or St Louis mid major major. The other 11 schools are mid major. Yeah, it's fashionable, but the dress code is for fine dining, but it's like a big campus and a tight campus combined and the buildings and the water and the whole thing is very pretty.
