I believe the less qualitative his new class will be. That is, if GP gets his recruits in June, July and August, it is my contention that NU will only get the bottom of the barrel, ie., D-2, D-3 and 0, 1, 2 star players.

Ruey, so far is the outlier. As he is a 3+ star, Prep School All American.
