This is marxist and socialist tinkering at its very best.

Its funny because most people, and I mean the great majority of folks do not know the difference between socialism and communism.

People like terfral believe that because money is involved it has to be capitalism rearing its head. Jeez, I wonder how communist countries even survive ? Oh yeah, its called money !
