They don't have the talent to CLOSE OUT games. Either does Canisius ! We are 2 peas in a pod. You look at our losses and theirs, and its very similar, eerily similar.

When the tough gets going Niagara gets going in their pants. Its as simple as that.

Good teams know how to close out games ! Its a combination of coaching, talent and experience. When you have a program constantly changing year by year with different players, there's a lack of cohesion amongst that combination. We just don't have the game experience to establish a winning mentality due to the variables above.

If you buy the close to winning argument you are misguided. It is a mirage. The Brooklyn Nets are close to winning and are close to being the worst team in the league. As aforementioned this team doesnt close out games for a reason. They stink!!Pathetic that you have to be a top 10 in a 13 team league and will miss out on the tourney two years in a row. Next year a new cast of flunkies most likely. Close to winning but always losing I say.
