Ladino is producing athletic, sensible foals and stamping them with his beautiful head, neck and shoulder.
Ladino has produced 6 foals: 1 purebred, 5 crossbreds, in his first breeding season.
Ladino has 2 1/2 months of basic training (roadwork, trailriding etc.) at Jim and Chris Young's Velvet Lane Training Centre in Mount Albert, Ontario.
Chris Young currently competes Grand Prix dressage.
During his training, Ladino was used in a trailering clinic held at their farm due to his calm temperament and willing attitude.
In fact, the Youngs liked Ladino's temperament and movement so much that they bred him to their sporthorse mare for a dressage prospect. A bay filly was born April 2000.
Ladino also has 1 month of driving training as a 2 year old.
