You make some valid points. They definitely should have hired a coach sooner, but I think they kind of settled for Hunt. As far as the transfers go, most of the guys will stay once they meet Hunt, but this is just typical when a new coach takes over. Hopefully Allen, Fofana, Goode and Goodman will stay (I expect Holtz to leave)and enjoy the new conference (more tv exposure). Of course, if most of these guys stay, they still will have trouble finishing higher than last in the conference. The talent is not there obviously, and that is why Jaz is no longer here. I'm also wondering about Hunt's staff. Will he hire a local assistant? How about someone who used to play here and for him like Kurk Lee? Not having a local guy on Jaz's staff certainly didn't help, although he did make inroads in local recruiting his last year.
