[Agent Blue arrives with clipboard, knocks on door. After a moment, door opens slowly.]

Agent Blue: "Hello, Mr. bnimble--I'm sorry to bother you at home, but I notice here on my records that you haven't yet taken the Mandatory Voter Survey. I'm sure that was just an oversight by yourself. Or perhaps you were confused, as our office issued a first version of the survey which included a misspelling of the word "mandatory"."

[bnimble stares solemnly.]

Agent Blue: "I'm sure you probably didn't realize that it isn't really a "mandatory" survey, but rather a survey involving your opinion regarding mandatory voting and voting in general, yes?"

[Dog appears at bnimble's side; bnimble pets dog continuing to stare solemnly.]

Agent Blue: "That's a nice looking dog--big, looks like a shepherd mix... I was just wondering if you wouldn't mind looking over these papers and perhaps filling them out and mailing them in, in the included postpaid envelope." [Offers the materials to bnimble. Dog growls.]

[bnimble stares more solemnly. Doesn't offer to take the papers.]

Agent Blue: [Stacks the papers evenly against his clipboard.] "Your dog doesn't bite, does he?"

bnimble: "No."

[Agent Blue pets dog. Dog bites the hell out of him.]

Agent Blue: "Oww! Shit! I thought you said your dog doesn't bite!"

bnimble: "This isn't my dog."
