I believe it's so quiet out because everyone is meditating.

They are contemplating the sublimity of self-reliance and the beauty of community cooperation without the help of government.

They will meditate on this for several days and bring in a new era of spiritual awareness.

It will become known as the Blue Enlightenment.

It will be a fine new world.
