Take groups A, B and C for example. Group C is a tyrannical dictator; group A wishes to overcome group C becuase of group A's love for freedom. Group B wishes to overcome group C because group C stands in the way of group B exacting revenge against group A. Even though group A and B share the common goal of overcoming group C, would group A be wise to take group B as an ally in the fight?

If freedom ever catches on in this country, certainly. As things stand now, "we" 're all living the left's idea of "we".
