Much appreciated, actually. "Who is John Galt?" has special meaning for me. It led to a fairly rewarding long term relationship for me.

I used the phrase at a party as a substitute for something like: "Well, can you imagine that?" or "Well, I'll be darned." I'd had a recent conversation about Atlas Shrugged and I guess it was on my mind.

Anyway, my girlfriend of more than 10 years, who I hadn't met yet, overheard me say it and approached me a few minutes later saying "I know who John Galt is." The rest was history.

So I guess I owe Ayn Rand in more ways than one.

Over the years on more than one college campus, I've seen flyers advertising the John Galt Society. I suspect that what you read on the cubical wall was the work of a JGS member. I imagine that many of those who will some day be of the Blue, will have at one time been JGS. I believe they may be the Deamiley of the Blue. GF
