That maximum surveilance thing is funny- unfortunately, those have been a real discovery in my campus restrooms as well (well, minimum surveillance equipment). The library is always source of interesing findings (I could make a long list of what goes on in that place). I guess that is why there has been the addition of a security guard this year- things haven't changed. People just deal differently, I suppose...
