He hasn't completely earned my confidence; that takes a long time. I try to be an open-minded skeptic, though.

So far, everything I've read of his has been at least interesting, innovative and sometimes inspiring. I can't say that about too much of anybody's stuff I've read lately (except maybe Virginia Postrel; wouldn't kick her out of the library for eating crackers). In the last couple weeks, anyway.

I've been keeping an eye on his zolatimes articles since theo posted the site on FMF a while back, and I've learned a few things of value. If he can offer me that, I'll probably continue to follow his writings, even if he turns out to be an incontestable, upsidedown, comprehensive asshole with feet. GF
