Finding offshore havens is a bitch and net banking
is still a babe in a crib.

Don't know what to tell ya. This place is so
public, ya know.

U'll just have to try to bring up some names and
I'll tell you what I know, if anything.

Haven't done that much research tho.

There was a Swiss bank just started up [Article
on the front page of USA Today a month or two ago]
on the net. Sorry can't remember much about it
except that they wanted $5k to open an account.

Check out the Carib...Anguilla, Dominica [not Dominican
Republic], Cayman, Turks and Caicos.

I'd suggest staying away from Central European jurisdictions.
