  • He wasn't afraid of that kind of fighting, it wasn't his fear of dumb comments that paralyzed him - it was his fear of nearly killing her, or destroying her emotionally, or cheating on her, or fucking up in one of the many other royal ways he'd done to her before - that was what worried him more than anything.
