He'd just dropped off Liani with his mom and dad to spend the rest of the day while Kylie and Dom had gone to a doctor's appointment and then for an evening out - and he was feeling pretty good. With the lack of his own child, lately, he was definitely using Liani to project all of the spoiling and extravagant treatment that he would have lavished on their own child onto her. She was the light of his life, her brilliant little smile and her long dark curls - he definitely played the part of "Uncle Kevin" to the max. Of course it did leave that grinding, almost heartstopping pain in his own chest - where there could have been something like that for he and Kenzi - with Kylie and Dom expecting their second now, he was feeling a bit of the green monster on his back - he thought he certainly deserved that extra bit of happiness.

"Babe?"

Letting himself in, he spoke his arrival out loud so that noone was surprised or caught naked, and tucked the keys back in his pocket, toeing off his shoes and taking off his jacket.
