The alpha male was mateless and wanted my mother. He fought my father and killed him. My mother raced into the fray, trying to save my father's life. The alpha killed her for her disobedience to him. I ran away before he could find me. I ran for weeks and weeks, always avoiding other packs. Then I ended up here. I figured I had nothing to lose so I approached. *Finally picks her head up out of her paws* I never want to go back to that pack. If I do, they will kill me. As pups, we were taught submission and obedience at all costs. If we failed, we were severely punished. My running away would be considered a major offense. *Tears well up in her eyes and threaten to roll down her fuzzy cheeks* Please don't send me back!
