The next day, she was still very sad-and felt as though there wasn't a thing to live for anymore. As she was doing her work the next day, a knock was heard on the door. Twas' a messenger and the prince and in his hand-the glass slipper! The messenger explained that they were trying to see whose glass slipper it was that they had-so they were going around having every woman/girl trying it on. Now, many many tried the glass slipper on and none so far had fit! The stepsisters, hearing the messenger raced down the stairs and insisted they had it tried on immediatly. They wouldn't fit-for their feet were far far to big! The prince, whom had been watching for some time, requested that Cinderella try the glass slipper on. 'Oh but she wouldn't ever go to the ball!' one sister exclaimed in laughter-but the prince insisted. And so Cinderella did-and it fit! The prince was happy for he found the one he loved and so was Cinderella-she had found she loved as well-her Prince Charming Cinderella never had to go near nor put up with her step sisters ever again, for she moved in with the prince.
