well as you all must of heard i have just returned form the perth clinic psychiatric ward because i had a full breakdown and then tried to kill myself. I am being entirely honest here cuase i am sure there is all this shit going on behind my back! so i am now recovering and i am hopefully on my way to happiness. I also discovered while i was in the clinic that i have a drinking problem and so i am not allowed to drink alcohol anymore and i am on a really high dose of antidepressants. well i havent seen any of you in ages so whether or not we are still mates is beyond me but i would like to catch up soon. all the best and lots of love
