Subject: I have a plate and it seems very old from germany

Hello
I need help trying to find out if a plate i got from my grams is worth anything . It is made in germany the design is of some type of bird with three leaves around the plate.
On the back of the plate it is stamped in a odd shaped circle ( germany ) on the bottom of the circle stamed germany is the number 152 and below that is the number 25 0r 26 i cant tell wich . it is a beautiful plate curiousity has the best of me. If anyone can help me out with this i would be greatful ,We live on military pay and idont have the money to find out if it is worth anything .
