Subject: Antique bowl

I have a bowl I found at an antique barn in Austin, Texas about 12 years ago. I bought it because I liked the deep rose trim around the edge. Now, I am curious about the history of this bowl.
It has a painting or applique of a young woman, possibly royalty on the bottom inside of the bowl.
On the bottom outside of the bowl it is marked "made in Prussia." Since Prussia doesn't even exist anymore, I would like to know how I can find out more about this bowl and its value.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.
Lea
