I contacted Keith Gwilliam (a former executive of PointClick.com) last week and he stated that they were gone as of 11/20/2000 and that no further checks would come through (since they're funding never panned out).

While I'd certainly like to take part in a class action, I'm not sure there'd be anything left after the other creditors and lawyers were finished.
