Subject: ePIPO could be a Con Artist! How do you think?

I joined ePIPO 5 month ago, I still can't download my Surfwindow,I have 211 people as my downline, no one has the Surfwindow, what for!? I'm making a BIG ZERO right now!

I'm very very very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel I have been cheated!!!!!!!!!!!!
