Subject: Big bottomed sheep

From the latest edition of Scientific American

* Bottoms Up! A September press release from Duke University revealed that "scientists have discovered an elusive, mutated gene, named for the Greek goddess Aphrodite Kallipygos, that causes certain sheep to have unusually big and muscular bottoms."

Reading this last night immediately filled my brain with a vision of a chorus line of Scotsmen in kilts singing the big butt song (since it was playing in the pole barn Sunday night). Of course I shared this with Mongo who blamed me for hearing Queen's "Fat bottomed girls" sung as "Fat bottomed sheep" in his head.

Somehow all the song lyrics seem like a job for Frank ....

I don't even want to think about what this is going to do to the slippers and hats.
I have a tough enough time with some Scots in the shop already. *grin*

Let's put it this way--you won't have to stitch two skins together anymore to get a double-wide!! ;-)
