I second that. Norton's protection is excellent, and the on-line auto-update feature is wonderful at keeping you several steps ahead of the hackers. A year's subscription is only something like $20, I think, and well worth it for the peace of mind! I've been running Norton on my home PC since I got it, and have yet to have any problems with nasty viruses.

Nasty *computer* viruses, anyway...

Get Norton. You can also get a bundle with Norton and Norton SystemWorks (or is it Norton Utilities?). Norton Utilities are worth getting too. Good for keeping your hard drive nice and defragged.

I know you hate it when your hard drive gets all fragmented.
