Now, since we are the only traders around at the moment, we can feel free to raise the price a bit. However, knowing what the customer intends to do with the slave may change our perspective. If they only wish for a house servant, a higher price would be acceptable, but another reason may give us cause to apply a discount. Holds up one finger. Turns back to the woman. Excuse me, lady, but what did you say you needed a slave for?
