Because her husband killed himself. Not only that, I had to fork over $1,000.00 in order for his soul to be saved. But as they ripped the check from my hands, they said he still will rot in hell for doing what he did. Dirty looks and snide remarks flew behind my back, even though I told people how depressed I was and how much this affected me. THey had the nerve to tell me I had better shape up and get my brain working for God again or else I would be sharing Hell with my brother in law.

Now that I've left the church, one of the Deacons has been on the hunt for me. In fact, on the way to my car after work one night, I entered the parking garage only to find him following briskly behind me with a butcher knife and a crucifix. I tried the local authorities but they are all Landover evangelists. So, the only thing to do is fly off to a remote island somewhere and live off the land until it all calms down. Whew! I'll be on the run forever!!
