Investors wanted for middle-sized profitable project in area of packaging business. Successful private Ukrainian corporation expands its packaging business to meet growing demand of existing customers. The total cost of the project makes US$ 6.2 million. It is required to arrange funds in amount of US$ 2.4 million to buy and install new equipment. The corporation is entitled for tax privileges to buy imported equipment until 31 December 2002. Payback period is approx. 5 years. Prospective investors are offered to buy 60%-stake of registered ordinary shares of the corporation. Exit strategy (if required) is a subject for discussion. Business plan for 5 years is available for consideration.
