UK PLC with GBP 1 million share capital invites investors to buy up to 420,000 ordinary shares (GBP 1.00 par value). Minimal stake makes 42,000 shares for GBP 42,000 (US$ 59,300). The company expands its hi-tech medical project based on new original patented technologies and inventions. Expected annual profitability makes 29% for 1st year and up to 38% since 2nd year. Date of starting dividend payment is October - November 2002.
