Usually fire is harder to master, but under your circumstances I think things may be a little mixed around.* She looks around, finding a particularly dry spot of land, and circles it at a canter, protecting the rest of the fields from fire, except for this area. *Ok, we'll start over here, and this way if you do manage any big fires, nothing can get hurt.
She leads him over to the middle. *First, try to think of things that make you angry or really excited, magic will come easier that way, since youre just starting. Then concentrate really hard on hot things, or just think of fire really hard, of yourself making fire. All you should be able to do at first is make sparks, or make really tiny fires, like candles almost. You should do fine. Try it!*
