Here is the finalized plan!

Ok, I am going to take the point on this and tell everyone what needs to be done. I guess that is part of my job as a leader! :)

Each person is to move a minimum of 2 comps into the following towns:

Tom, Kai and Alex: KangarooIsland. When the first of these comps hero's, it is to go to Darwin to set up as a feeder. Move the second one into KansasCity (USA).

Dragon, Rob and Alex: Cockermouth. Again, the first hero'd is to go to Darwin, the second to KansasCity.

Thor, Heather and Kevin: Waco. First hero'd into KansasCity, second to Darwin.

Shawn, Jay and Kevin: ThunderBay. Again, first to KC, second to Darwin.

This will give us 6 comps quickly into these cities to help secure them and then another wave of 6 comps following shortly. We will then own 2 towns within a short period of time and give us places for solid city feeders.

Any other comps you have are then yours to do with as you like. I will be getting my 3rd comp into Austin (USA) and know that Thor and Dragon are interested in doing that as well.

One last note, you may have noticed that I did not mention Ed and Andrew. At this time I have not spoken to Andrew so I don't know if he is in a position to take an active part yet. Ed has outside things going on and will continue as a member of the allaince but will be unable to dedicate much time to it and will be gone for a while in about a month. For this reason I am putting him into a leave type position.

With Ed not taking an active part, we have 1 position open. Alex has several applications from interested people and will be reviewing them. Once that person is added, we will have 10 people at the "General" level, 2 co-leaders and 1 person on "adminstrative leave".

Watch here for additional expectations for the members and I would appreciate any thoughts about how to continue towards making this THE premiere alliance in the game.
